The predecessor of our factory was a local state-owned unit jointly established with Tieling Rubber Research Institute. It began to support Changchun FAW in 1984. In 1998, the original legal person purchased the private enterprise established after the transformation. The service attitude has won the affirmation of Changchun FAW, making our factory a stable and qualified supplier of FAW.

 

Since the private sector in 1., our factory has made many efforts to improve the original product quality, product performance and production efficiency. Today, the patented TPEE sealing gasket launched by our factory has been installed and used in various FAW models. At the same time, the next generation of metal rubber sealing products with better sealing performance, wear resistance, temperature resistance and oil resistance has been greatly affirmed by FAW Jiefang Co., Ltd., and plans to vigorously promote the use of new materials.

Today, the enterprise has achieved an annual production of 1000 tons of sealing materials, 5 million rubber lip sealing gaskets, 4 million rubber products and 2 million plastic products. The materials and products have been widely used in petroleum, chemical, machinery, automobiles, heat exchangers and other industries. Main engine manufacturers: FAW Group (FAW Truck Series, FAW Transmission Factory, FAW Chassis Factory, SAIC Special Vehicle Factory, FAW Heavy Vehicle Factory, FAW Steering Gear Factory, FAW Bus Chassis Factory, Harbin Transmission Factory, Jilin Light Vehicle Factory, FAW Long Tooth), Heavy Duty Truck Group; (Shandong Automobile Refitting Factory, Qingdao Heavy Axle Factory) (BAIC) (Beijing Jeep, etc... ..) Especially the products dominated by "rubber lip gasket", "TPEE all rubber gasket" and "rubber composite parts" have completely solved the "three leaks" problem that has plagued various industries for many years. The company's independent research and development of non-asbestos products have passed the national automobile quality supervision, inspection and appraisal, completely replacing asbestos products. At the same time, individual products have filled the domestic gaps in this technical field. China car supporting qualification: Class C rubber and plastic parts.

 

Based on the concept of broadening the market and developing the enterprise, our factory has reached a purchase agreement with China Railway Changchun Rail Bus Co., Ltd. and has become a qualified supplier of China Railway. China's high-speed rail cars have been installed with our factory production of flame retardant silicone rubber sealant driving in China's great river north and south.

2. production capacity:

 

Our factory now has 6 flat vulcanizing machines, 4 injection molding machines, 4 presses, 2 laser cutting machines, 2 TPEE extruders and 2 vulcanizing extrusion lines. Each shift has an 8-hour working system. Each shift produces 3000 pieces of asbestos-free rubber lip sealing gasket, 12000 pieces of TPEE sealing gasket, 20000 pieces of asbestos-free gasket and 2200 meters of silicone rubber sealing strip.
