The thickness of the adhesive layer should be about 1mm, and the adhesive layer must be free of defects such as false tack or bubbles. The entire lower surface of the floor and the lower surface of the front wheel cover should be coated with 3mm to 4mm elastic coating and anti-corrosion coating. These methods can not only greatly improve the sealing performance of the vehicle, slow down the corrosion rate of the body, but also greatly improve the ride comfort.
Sealing between the door and the body is a relatively difficult part. The sealing requirements are relatively strict, the part to be sealed is relatively long, the cross-sectional shape of the sealing part of each sealing strip is different, and the door needs to be opened and closed repeatedly. A good car usually installs three to four sealing strips for the four-layer sealing structure of the front pillar and roof side beam of the equipment.
